This was a spacious house that was beautifully decorated to a fun rock n roll theme! Lots of room for everyone to gather together or have space to themselves, fun games, nice patio and great rooms. It is only a few minutes to drive to great spots to go out like Jeni’s ice cream or Otto’s, but I would not recommend walking. There are three levels and somewhat steep stairs since each floor has great tall ceilings, so make sure your guests can do stairs. Great place to stay for families or groups!

We loved Eras #4.  Some of us are Taylor fans and some aren't but we all loved it - it's gorgeous and so tasteful.  So many great photo ops.  The space is perfect - so many levels give you privacy, but there are plenty of beds on the second floor if you do want to stay together too.  The hot tub is amazing.  The roof deck is stunning at night with the lights and the breeze.  I was nervous to stay in a place that was new and therefore didn't have a lot of ratings, but it was even better than the pics.  Stephen was great - answered our questions within minutes and was so kind. Would stay again for sure!  Almost forgot the ping pong room - was so fun hanging out there at night with my teenagers.

The stay at Stephen’s was great and I’d recommend for larger groups! Decor was so Nashville and it was a short 6 minute drive to Germantown, 15 to downtown at rush hour, which is great! Only stayed one night but would book again. We had a problem with the AC and it was handled so quickly and fully resolved.

Five Stars across the board. The place was super cute and matched the what was advertised. Our place was clean and perfect for my bachelorette party. We had a party of 12 and everyone fit perfectly. The location is great and only 10 mins away for Broadway. We used Ubers, Instacart and Doordash and no one had any issues in finding our place. The AC and Wifi worked wonderfully. Steph was super responsive and was so helpful. Check in and check out was super easy and relaxing. Thank you Stephen for making our trip so easy and stress free. We would stay here again.

If you are ever in Nashville with a large group, this is absolutely the place to stay. Stephen and his crew stayed on top of things, and made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

We had an issue with a leaky toilet, and within one hour he had somebody there not only checking it out, but fixing it. 

Anytime we had a question we received an immediate response.

￼Beautiful homes with comfortable beds. The only downfall is the steps. If you have anybody in your party who cannot do steps, please make sure that they get the bottom bedroom and everything will be fine. 

When booking your Nashville trip DO NOT Skip through this booking. Wonderful place to stay.

This home was perfect! We had a pretty large group and it was comfy for us all. There were even beds that were not listed. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Our favorite place to hangout was the rooftop deck. If I’m in Nashville, I would definitely choose this space again.

This two-sided three-story condo has tons of room and beds and it is a great place for a big family gathering  it’s  a straight shot to downtown. The distance is exactly what they said it was.  We used karaoke and it was amazing too:  We never really left house until Saturday afternoon and we were there from Wednesday to Sunday.   Amenities all great too!

The place was incredible! Lots of rooms and plenty of beds for a large group. The whole place is freshly updated and very inviting. Ping pong tables in the garages and a beautiful and comfortable rooftop patio made for an enjoyable time for all. The one problem was that the place was so nice we didn't want to leave and see the city! 10/10 would stay there again!
