Very nice place, as advertised. Great communication from host. And it's in a really fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars nearby (get a cocktail at Attaboy, you won't be disappointed). The building is on a busy street, so there is some noise at night -- not a huge problem unless you are a light sleeper.

I would give my stay a 4.5 out of 5 stars, I did an extended weekend and was able to keep myself busy for the duration of the trip without staying solely on Broadway. There are local breweries, coffee shops and even some shopping within walking distance, but if for some reason you need to drive, prepare yourself to pay for parking if you can’t find street parking. With the discount, it would have been ~125 for my stay if I hadn’t found a street parking spot. All of that aside, the host was attentive and very communicative. I would definitely considering staying here or at another Air BnB of theirs if the opportunity arises.
