Fantastic place to stay, plenty of room, and close to broadway and several local restaurants. Steve was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any and all questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What an amazing stay!! It truly exceeded our expectations. We booked this home to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, and it was perfect for our group, which included a wide range of ages. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we had such a fun time especially with karaoke. <br/>The only thing worth noting is the number of stairs. The home has four stories (three flights of stairs), which I had seen mentioned in a previous review, but didn’t fully realize just how many there were until arriving—so just keep that in mind if you’re bringing a lot of luggage.<br/>The surrounding area is up-and-coming. We were a little unsure when we first arrived after our flight, but as the trip went on, we felt completely safe the entire time.<br/>Overall, this is an amazing place for a big group, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best time in Nashville! The home was perfect for our group. Host was very attentive and responded quickly, always checked up on us to see if we needed anything! Would highly recommend. Planning another trip soon! Thanks for everything ❤️

The place was great overall! We were a big group and was perfect for our needs, they partnered with a shuttle service that got us to and from where ever we needed to go. We made use of the patios, grill and had a great time overall. Would highly recommend for bigger groups as the place was huge and well furnished. 10/10!

Stay was great! Place was in a great location and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Kitchen could be slightly more stocked with cooking utensils, as we couldn’t find a frying pan or a scrubber for the grill, but they were minor in the grand scheme. Tons of plates, bowls, silverware, etc. Overall, great stay for the money and would definitely stay again!
