We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy.  Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This was perfect for a very large group!  The view of the sky line from the hottub is totally worth it !

Great location and amenities for a great price! Steve was great, very responsive. We had the lights flicker and then had to reset a breaker...but he was super quick to answer and tell us exactly what to do to reset everything. We would love to stay at one of his properties again.

My group had an incredible stay! The house was clean and was exactly as seen in the pictures. Steve was a very responsive host, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The location to downtown Nashville and the local recommendations provided made the trip perfect. Would definitely recommend this property for any stay and hopefully we’ll be back again.

Each Misfit Home is decorated with high-end furnishings, Music City inspired art, and spaces designed to elevate your stay to a uniquely memorable experience. When you stay at one of these homes, you know you will be treated to thoughtful and fun amenities, such as skyline views, games, and karaoke!

We LOVED Steve’s AirBNB. It had everything we needed and wanted with some great extras. As someone drawn to an esthetic, Steve’s place was even more beautiful than the photos with some very classy touches.<br/>We did not mind the stairs. Once you’re in, it’s the same as a regular home going from bedroom floor to living space. And the space between floors serves as a great sound barrier so you can sleep without being disturbed by those on the other floor. <br/>Not in pictures of the rooftop is a covering on the divider between units, making your hot tub experience completely private. The view from the hot tub of the skyline is amazing! <br/>The garage added an extra measure of security that we  really appreciated.<br/>The neighbourhood is maybe not the best but it’s close to the highway, some great coffee shops and we felt very safe. Also, we found it very quiet (perhaps because we went in March). <br/>We would absolutely stay here again!

House was perfect for what we needed: a place to celebrate my daughter's 21 birthday weekend with friends.   The place had what was needed.   Ubers and Lyfts were $8-$20 each way to get close to Broadway and back, which is what I expected.  It does have lots and lots of steps if you want to go from the bottom floor to the rooftop!  The rooftop was great for the girls to preparty before heading to Broadway!  I was able to park 1 car in the garage since the girls didn't play ping pong.  The other 2 cars had to park on the street which wasn't a big deal since they weren't moving all weekend.   The owners responded quickly 2 two extremely minor issues, the lights around the howdy sign weren't working (only needed a battery) and the garage code wasn't working (they had given me the wrong code)<br/>If I had anything negative to say, it would be that all the beds were quite firm.  Heard about that from the girls every morning.<br/>All in all... I'd stay here again!

The home was very nice and decorative. Had lots of amenities and very high quality appliances. The surrounding area is like a construction site and dump truck holding area. I’m sure the space will be more developed soon. Overall a nice place to stay and close to many attractions. I would stay here again.

the home was beautiful and had an AMAZING view of downtown Nashville skyline! we loved the rooftop patio and private hot tub. the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were big and had plenty of room for us to get ready before going out. Broadway and printers alley is a short 5-8 min drive. we loved having a 2 car garage so we didn't have to park on the street. Steve was VERY fast at getting back to me and he gave great recommendations for spots to eat and he checked in to make sure we got in ok and if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this spot, it was the same price as a small hotel room but you got a whole beautiful home and the location was perfect for us. definitely book with Steve and misfits homes!

Stayed Thurs thru Sunday at 554 Rosedale with 10 friends for my first bnb booking and it was awesome. Upscale and updated, super clean, impressive amenities, and the host was super responsive. Great experience overall – would definitely book again!

Great stay at Steve’s place in Nashville. Stayed for a bachelor party and the house provided a ton of room and amenities for us. The roof top balcony was also a great touch. Would definitely stay at this place again!

This house was exactly what me and my group were looking for, had a little bit of everything for all of us to do during our down time from downtown.  Plenty of room for all 10 of us and no one was on top of each.
