Really enjoyed the stay. Close ride to all the bars. Would definitely be back to stay again. Great townhouse with plenty of space. Close uber to Broadway and plenty of things to do close. There’s a pay to park lot about a 5 minute walk from here if parking isn’t available elsewhere. Would stay here again! Steve was extremely responsive, the house itself is beautiful with beautiful views. We absolutely loved the house and the location.<br/>A lot in the house is broken or not working, we had to swap TV remotes around because the living room remote was not working, nor was upstairs bedroom. The biggest thing was karaoke does not work, and the pool table does not work. So the downstairs game room is pretty much out of order. The pool table is because the ground is unlevel under it so everything slides to one side, so maybe that could be fixed by putting down a mat. But the karaoke should definitely be fixed because it is promoted as a house that has that amenity. If you have a big group and the game room is important, just keep that in mind. Hot tub was great, neon sign on the patio level is out of service as well. If these things are fixed, this is the absolute perfect home! Thank you so much. Steve was great with communication. Although we had a few concerns with hot water and the AC going out, Steve and his team were quick to respond and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Overall the stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!
