Exterior security cameras on property
The Dolly and Elvis units worked perfectly for our group of 24 - they are right next door to each other. Steve's team is proactive with communication which was appreciated. There are comfortable beds (including the trundles) and a plethora of bathrooms!! Location is easy to walk to nearby coffee and restaurants.
While we definitely would stay here again, there are a few callouts for future guests:
The units are not where uber will drop/pickup with the address you are given. To access the front/back door without walking up some steps, you need to give additional info to go around a block and down an alley.
The unit street entry is questionable - walkway of mid-size uneven rocks or walk through grass/mud/swamp (if raining like when we arrived). Wish there had been a photo of entry in listing.
We would definitely stay here again as a large group, just would've liked to know these things in advance of our arrival for a frictionless experience. From the moment we started planning the trip (18 months in advance) Steve and the MisFit homes team were extremely accommodating. If you’ve got a large group wanting to visit Nashville, I HIGHLY recommend booking this home! Such a fun place to stay!! We loved it! A

Best short term rental I have ever stayed at!
What can I say, this property was absolutely incredible. The houses were absolutely incredible, large, clean, and very uniquely decorated. I applaud our host Steven for what was the most incredible short term rental property I have ever stayed at. We had a large group of people and everybody loved their experience. I would highly recommend this place, do not miss out!
