The space
Gulch Hub is built for groups who want their own bar, not just a living room. The happy hour bar top anchors an open concept space made for pouring drinks before a night out or gathering everyone back in after.
The kitchen island with pendant lighting and bar stools keeps the cook in the conversation, and the sectional flanked by neon signs and decorative guitars faces a big screen 4K TV with live sports and channel access.
Upstairs, the bedrooms lean into playful decor: a black and white striped accent wall with a neon sign in one, a pink ceiling and patterned wallpaper in another, and a third dubbed the "Bunk Room" with its own en-suite bathroom, dresser, and TV, so every room has its own personality without losing the group-friendly layout.
