The space
This house is built for a crew that wants everything under one roof, no splitting up required. Beyond the bedrooms, a full speakeasy lounge takes over one side of the house, with a pool table, bar seating, a karaoke setup, and an arcade machine for whenever the group wants to cut loose.
The kitchen opens to a coffee bar for slow mornings before everyone splits off to explore, and the living room's sofa bed adds a spot for late arrivals or whoever won't leave the party early. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 14 beds total, everyone gets a place to land without doubling up.
Every bedroom carries its own music-inspired personality: a guitar mural and vanity in one, plants and artwork framing two queen beds in another, and a chaise lounge tucked into the king suite. A separate themed vanity room with a lit makeup mirror gives the group its own getting-ready spot before heading out, and even the bathrooms play along, with purple themed decor in one and a playful shower curtain in another.
Spend the day out on Broadway or exploring Riverfront Park, get glammed up at the vanity mirror before dinner, come back for pool table tournaments and karaoke in the speakeasy, then close the night with a soak in the hot tub before everyone scatters to their own bed.
