The space
Every wall inside Howdy Malibu is styled for the photo everyone will screenshot later, with Eras-inspired backdrops and a Makeup Bar of vanity desks and lighted mirrors for full glam before the group heads out. The theme runs through the whole house, not just one room.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area keeps everyone together, with a kitchen island and bar stools so the cook stays part of the conversation. Step out to the Outdoor Lounge, strung with lights, for a slower moment before the night really starts.
Downstairs, the Green Room is the real party spot: a pool table, arcade game, bar seating, karaoke, and a Luxury Lounge photo-op area all in one room built for late nights. When the group wants a quieter beat, the top-floor movie theater offers a screen of its own away from the noise.
Spend the day out around Nashville, watch the skyline change color from the rooftop hot tub, then head down for Green Room karaoke and pool table games before the group splits off to four bedrooms to recharge.
