It sits minutes from The Parthenon and Centennial Park, close enough to dip into downtown without staying in the middle of the noise. Downstairs, an open-concept kitchen with a large island and bar seating flows into a dining room with a round table set beneath a decorative ceiling light, an upright piano, an American flag, and a 'Nashville' sign mounted above a mirror, so cooking and hanging out happen in the same space. The game room keeps poker, ping pong, and a 4K Smart TV going while the kitchen stays in use. Upstairs and up top, the rooftop deck is the real draw, with bar seating, string lights, and a 'Music City' sign catching the sunset over the skyline.
