Downstairs, the open-concept kitchen and living room flow straight into a game room stocked with air hockey and shuffleboard, so the group never splits up between cooking, hanging out, and competing for bragging rights. Upstairs and out back, two rooftop decks give you fire pits, string lights, and skyline views for sunset drinks under a neon "Music City" sign, while the garage converts into a private karaoke stage for the after-dark set.
