I planned a 75th birthday party for my mom and A 55th birthday party for my husband and we had 12 people stay at Steve’s two townhouses. We had a wonderful time. Steve was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend his townhouses to anyone. M

We enjoyed our time at this VRBO - plenty of room for our large group. We had a little trouble with the lock on the door one day but they were fairly quick with a resolve. Loved our stay with Misfit homes. Steve was a great host, and the units were perfect for our large group. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The property is great for large parties. We had a few issues that owner resolved well. For example no pack n play was available despite initially stating they had one. We were able to purchase one and they reimbursed us. Also the listing headlined as near Gulch but it’s description identifies it as in the gulch. That being said, property was still not far from gulch and was close to Broadway and other attractions. Townhouse was comfortable and met our needs well.
