The space
A mural reading "LOVE" greets you on the building's exterior, the first sign that this house leans into its Nashville identity rather than playing it generic. Inside, that theme carries through a hallway lined with string lights and a "Music City" sign, leading to a dedicated theme room with a musician mural, record decor, and a sofa and TV for the group to pile onto.
The open concept living and kitchen area is where the group actually gathers, with a grey sofa and yellow ottoman facing the kitchen island and its four bar stools so the cook never misses the conversation. Stainless appliances, granite counters, and a coffee maker keep mornings easy for a full house.
An outdoor bar top and a lounge area give the group another spot to spread out with drinks, while down in the garage, a game table and TV turn into the house's second hangout spot, built for a running ping pong tournament.
Spend the day out exploring East Nashville, come back for drinks at the outdoor bar or the kitchen island, work through a few rounds of ping pong in the garage, then wind down under the Music City artwork before everyone splits off to bed.
