The space
Forget splitting a crew between hotel rooms. This four-bedroom house is built so a group of 12 gets real beds, a full kitchen, and a rooftop that belongs only to you for the weekend. The main floor opens the kitchen straight into the living room, with a marble island, stool seating for four, and a sectional sofa flanked by yellow armchairs under a mounted TV.
Hardwood floors and framed art carry through the bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms for extra privacy. One bedroom doubles as a getting-ready spot, with a dresser and full-length mirror for the group to primp before heading out. The rooftop deck is the real draw: a dining table, lounge seating, and a BBQ grill, all strung with lights for after dark.
Spend the day exploring Nashville, grill out on the roof as the sun drops, then wind down with the skyline for company before everyone heads back down to their own bed.
