Steve was great! The house was very welcoming, comfortably, and beautiful. Steve answered very quickly and efficiently providing great information. Arrived at unit booked. Believe was given the wrong unit because:<br/>Door code did not work. Sleeping quarters had debris on floors and leftover snack wrappers, smelly and or missing lines. Not enough towels for guest amount as listed. Dishwasher did not work so we had a full sink of water while preparing meals. Rooftop was covered in debris. Patio lighting down on ground. TV broken. (Petty) but missing game pieces and cards. Only 2 remotes with batteries so we had to switch out of other appliances from all 4 levels in unit. Remote work was impossible since Internet was nonexistent if more than two people were connected to WiFi (don’t scheduled meetings)<br/>When maintenance finally “fulfilled service call” they went to the wrong unit! We had a great time besides above mentioned. Not my first time in Nashville but First time for my family from different part of the U.S. and Caribbean. We paid for the accommodations we did not receive.<br/>I hate having to leave such poor review :/ Great, flexible, and responsive host. Always got back to me in minutes and he was super helpful! <br/>Thank you guys for giving us a great time. Very nice play to stay!! Beds and pillows very comfortable! Plenty of room to hang out and have fun! The Thai restaurant at the corner is a must try!
