Steve communication was extremely helpful and always responded within minutes. We really appreciated how accommodating he was! From booking to check out, the experience was great. Home was as described, space was clean and inviting, and the host was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely book again. Beautiful home, just as listed. Loved the decor. Perfect size for our party of 8. Close enough to uber to Broadway and elsewhere. Great stay, thank you! Communication with Steve at the beginning was somewhat difficult, as we were concerned about the recent ice storm and our ability to travel safely. There was no flexibility with the cancellation policy despite the storm directly impacting Nashville. After some frustration, we decided to proceed with the trip despite the travel concerns and icy conditions. The location of the home was very good. About a 15-minute drive to Broadway. Worth noting-the stairs inside the home are quite steep, and carrying luggage up was somewhat difficult. We weren’t really able to use the balcony due to the ice storm, but in better weather, it would be so nice. We found it odd that bedding was not provided for the pull-out couch, though the host did offer to have housekeeping bring some. Overall, the stay worked well for our ladies’ trip, and we made great memories despite the rocky start. I wish the ice storm hadn’t caused stressful conversations in the beginning. We would absolutely stay again!
