The space

It's built for a couple or small group who want downtown Nashville close by without a sprawling house to manage. A queen bed anchors the main sleeping area, with two stacked twin beds tucked into a nook for extra guests.
The kitchen opens straight into the pink-sofa living room with a TV and soundbar, so cooking never pulls anyone away from the group. A glass door off the living area opens onto a balcony, while a second glass garage-style door off the bedroom opens onto the Outdoor Lounge, its own deck with sectional seating and skyline views.
