This place was ideal for us as it was within a 10-20 minute drive to everything we wanted to do while in Nashville. There is lots of room and plenty of bathrooms for guests. The rooftop is amazing for rooftop cocktails except it was just too hot for us to enjoy. That of course was not the fault of the host, but of Mother Nature. There are three flights of stairs so I would recommend this property for more agile and young folks. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy getting off the freeway to the property, but over the weekend it was full of Airbnb folks just like us enjoying a few days in Nashville. I never felt unsafe or less than totally secure in our stay here. I would highly recommend this property for a large family gathering or party.Show more Great place to stay for a bachelorette party! With a bathroom for every bedroom there's plenty of space for everyone to get ready. Beds are comfortable too.
A couple things we wish would have been different...first is the refrigerator. It's very small for a place that holds so many. I highly suggest you don't try to buy food for the week for a group. You really can only fit enough food and drinks for a couple days at a time.
Parking is tough. You can fit one car in the garage but if your group is bringing more cars it's first come first serve at this complex and there are only maybe 12 spots. So then what happens is everyone parks behind the garages and even in the middle of the lane....makes getting in and out of your garage very tight.
That being said, we would definitely come back and I highly recommend the Pink Howdy House! Our group thought it was the cutest place - perfect for our Bachelorette Party.Show more
