Four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across the floors mean four separate groups, or one big one, all have room to land without tripping over each other. The open-concept kitchen and living room keep the group together for meals and movie nights, with bar seating at the island so nobody's stuck cooking alone. Head up to the rooftop for the hot tub and string-lit Outdoor Lounge overlooking the skyline, or down to the Green Room, where a ping pong table, bar seating, and a photo-op corner have already become the group's favorite hangout.
