Very clean and nice view from the roof. Hot tub was very nice and seemed clean and new. We thought there were two bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms, but there was only one. That might have just been our misunderstanding of the listing.. so one couple just stayed in the bunk bed room so they could have a bathroom. Overall, Steve was very responsive when I had a few issues. Nice, clean house. Great location; plenty of space for 10 people. Highly Recommend R
