Great house with enough space to accommodate a large group and not feel overcrowded. Living Room, Kitchen, Bathrooms are very well kept. Steve was very proactive in communicating the check in/check out details as well as checking in during our stay. We loved that you could see the city from the roof, and Broadway was only a 10 minute Uber/Lyft. Definitely worth the price. And will rent again for our next Nashville trip! Good location, easy to get to many restaurants and broadway. The house was a good size with some minor cleanliness issues. Overall a good place to stay. Munachimso
