The space
Five levels of hangout space mean this group never has to pick between exploring the city and staying in. Cornhole on the deck, a marble kitchen island for group breakfasts, and a neon-lit game room keep the energy going long after Broadway closes down.
The open kitchen spills into a living room split by a bookshelf that doubles as a room divider, with a TV set under a "Nashville" neon sign, so the group can spread out for movie night or gather around the island before heading out. Five full bathrooms and TVs in the main living areas keep eighteen guests from tripping over each other.
Head up the spiral staircase to the private hot tub deck, where a grill and city views set the scene for sunset soaks, and the Top Floor Wet Bar keeps cocktails flowing for the group.
