The space
Three floors give this house room to actually spread out, with two balconies off the upper bedrooms and a patio downstairs so the group never has to pile into one room to feel together. The open kitchen and living area anchor the ground floor, with a fireplace, cowhide rug, and a kitchen island built for a crowd that cooks together.
Upstairs, the bedrooms mix king beds with a double and four singles, so couples, friends, and kids all land somewhere comfortable. The themed entertainment room is the centerpiece, with its mural wall, wet bar, and private karaoke stage ready for a full night of performances.
The makeup room next door turns getting ready into its own event, with four vanity stations and lighted mirrors for the whole group to glam up at once. Spend the afternoon out in the Gulch and on Broadway, come back to get ready at the vanity stations, take turns on the karaoke stage after dinner, then wind down on the balcony as the skyline lights up.
