The space
Pink Howdy Oasis leans into its Nashville theme from the front door, with neon signage, a living moss wall, and skyline views baked into the design. This is a house built for a crew that wants Music City energy without leaving the living room.
Across three levels, the layout gives everyone room to land: bunk-style sleeping for a big group on the first floor, quieter bedrooms up top, and open living space in between where nobody's stuck cooking alone since the kitchen opens right onto the group. The living room's moss accent wall backs a neon "HOWDY HOWDY HOWDY" sign, the house's signature photo spot.
The standout is the top: a rooftop deck set up for dinners and drinks under string lights, with the downtown skyline as the backdrop and a neon "Nashville" sign for photos against the fake-plant backdrop. Down in the garage, a ping pong table and a neon "Music City" sign turn a practical space into the house's late-night hangout.
Picture the arc of a Nashville weekend here: honky-tonk afternoons downtown, rooftop cocktails as the skyline lights up under the "Nashville" sign, then ping pong under the "Music City" sign before everyone splits off to their own beds.
