Everything we did was about 3-4 miles away. Quiet, plenty of space. Loved the roof top space and had plenty of space for our group of 8. More economical and less traffic than staying downtown. Great house! Steve was helpful and always communicated. The neighborhood felt safe. Beautiful place we had a great time. Steve was a great host. 10/10
