The space
Luxe View is a 4-bedroom Nashville townhome with a rooftop deck and a garage built out as its own game room, made for groups who want the whole crew together. The main floor centers on an open kitchen with an island and a living room with a wall-mounted TV, so nobody's stuck cooking alone while the rest of the group hangs out.
Four bedrooms and four bathrooms mean everyone gets their own space to unpack, without a line for the shower. Two of the bedrooms are set up with single beds, sleeping four apiece, so larger groups or families with kids can spread out without doubling up. The garage rolls open into a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table, and beer pong setup, ready for tournament nights.
Upstairs, the private rooftop deck has a sectional and string lights strung up for skyline views after dark. Spend the afternoon at Centennial Park or The Parthenon, come back for a beer pong bracket in the garage, then close out the night on the rooftop watching the Nashville skyline light up.
