The space
This four-story house is built for groups who want the whole trip to feel like an event, from morning coffee in the open kitchen to late-night soaks in the rooftop hot tub under the skyline. The main floor opens the kitchen straight into the living and dining areas, so the group never splits up between cooking, hanging out, and eating.
A 'FEARLESS' neon sign lights the dark accent wall in the living room, while the dining area carries its own, 'Taylor can't come to the phone right now,' over the table. Together they set the Music City tone for the whole floor before anyone even heads upstairs. Upstairs, the theme keeps going: one bedroom is set up as a Getting Ready suite, with a Makeup Bar, makeup mirror, and TV for pre-night-out photos.
Down a floor, the Green Room brings a ping pong table, bar seating, neon signage, and a luxury lounge for late-night tournaments, and a projector in one of the upper bedrooms turns movie nights into their own event. Spend the afternoon exploring Nashville, head back for happy hour on the rooftop as the string lights come on, then finish the night with ping pong in the Green Room before everyone splits off to sleep.
