Cleaning crew needs to step up there game. Floors and rugs were filthy. Honestly the rug in the living room needs to be thrown out. Our first night there the second and third floors had no heat but our host did respond quickly and did get it resolved by morning. The pictures are from when the place was new (obviously) so updated pictures would be better. I know it was not pool weather when we were there but the pool trough was nasty with the liner ripped out. Not to mention we had small babies with us that could have fell in with the standing water in it. Patio cushions were filthy (don’t buy white cushions and then leave them uncovered all year long). I suggest the host leave more paper towels and toilet paper for large groups. We had to go buy more on day 2. The interior is all white trim and doors and I just feel like they all need a good wipe down. Lots of odd stains in bedrooms, bathrooms and main living walls. The owner of this space needs to come regularly to check in. We had a great stay. It was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.
