The space
Four bedrooms and enough beds for 12 mean nobody's arguing over the couch here, and the layout gives a big group room to actually spread out. The open kitchen looks straight into the living room and staircase, so whoever's cooking never misses the conversation, and the dining room's long wooden table with bench seating keeps the whole crew together for meals.
Downstairs opens onto a backyard deck with a mini golf course, lounge chairs, and an umbrella, plus a game room anchored by a full pool table. Upstairs, the covered balcony looks out over the city and is strung with a neon sign reading "sip back and relax," while one bedroom doubles as a party space with balloons, a disco ball, and a tinsel backdrop for photos, ready for birthdays or bachelorette weekends.
