The space
Welcome to 'PLUNGE CITY,' a four-bedroom Nashville house built for groups who want to spread out and still end up in the same room by 9pm. Downstairs, the open-concept living room flows into a kitchen stocked with a Keurig and Nespresso, so coffee never becomes a group project. The game room next door has a pool table, an arcade machine, and a mounted TV for a running tournament all weekend.
Outside, the covered balcony turns into the real gathering spot: sofa and stool seating, a neon sign reading 'sip back and relax,' and a skyline view that goes from daylight blue to sunset gold to city lights. Spend the afternoon in the hot tub, catch the sunset on the balcony, then head down for pool table rematches before everyone splits off to their own room to recharge.
