The main level centers on an open concept kitchen and living room, with a gas range, pot filler, and a big island with breakfast bar seating where the whole group can cook and eat together without anyone stuck alone at the stove. A leather sofa and open sightlines to the kitchen keep the space feeling connected rather than closed off. Upstairs, three bedrooms give the group its own corners to spread out, from the king primary to the built-in bunk room.
