The space
Every room here commits to the bit: pink and white striped kitchen walls, a neon lip sign over the sink, framed records on one bedroom wall, and two guitars mounted in the living room. Four real bedrooms and 8 beds mean a group of 12 actually gets to sleep, not squeeze onto air mattresses, while the living room's sofa with a trundle and a fold-out chair cover a couple of extra sleepers if your count creeps up.
The dining room doubles as the stage for the stay, a black table and cowprint chair sit under hanging disco balls, steps from a living room built for the group to land together after a day out. Both full bathrooms come with their own makeup station, so the whole group can get ready together before a night out instead of lining up for one mirror.
Spend the afternoon at the picnic tables under the trees out back, head out for a night on Broadway, then regroup under the disco balls for a nightcap before everyone splits off to four separate bedrooms.
