The space
This stretch of West Nashville puts you walking distance from green space and a short drive from the city's energy, with Centennial Park and the Parthenon just around the corner. It's a quieter home base for a group that still wants Music City personality baked into every room.
The kitchen opens straight to the living and dining areas, so whoever's cooking never gets cut off from the group, and the island seating means breakfast doesn't require a table for twelve. A dining room wrapped in guitar wall art and bench seating keeps meals part of the scene rather than an afterthought.
The real draw is the Elvis spirit running through the house: a dedicated music room with a piano, guitar, and marquee sign, a living room mural and neon signs, and a game room with ping pong, a bar, and a disco ball for late nights. A karaoke setup in the garage gives the group another spot to take turns at the mic once the game room gets crowded.
