The space
This is a house built for the whole crew to land under one roof, twelve beds deep with a garage that turns into the entertainment hub once the sun goes down. It works for bachelorette weekends, family reunions, and big groups of friends who want everyone together but not on top of each other.
The open-concept living and kitchen area is the real hub of Gulch Groove, with the island bar seating five and a living room bar under a neon sign for the first round before you head out. Hardwood floors and an accent chair fill out a space made for a crowd cooking, eating, and hanging out at once.
The garage doesn't hold cars, it holds the ping pong table, a wall-mounted Connect Four, a TV, and a ring toss game for tournaments that run well past dinner. Step out to the balconies along the building facade for a quieter moment away from the group before the games start back up.
Spend the day exploring 12 South and the Gulch, grab dinner and drinks downtown, then bring the whole group home for garage game nights before everyone splits off to their own room to recharge.
