The space
Open-concept living does the heavy lifting here. The kitchen island spills into a living room with a bar, neon signage, and enough seating that nobody is stuck standing while the group cooks or catches up.
Four bedrooms spread guests out comfortably: a queen room and a king room each pair with their own private bathroom, while a six-single-bed room and a room with two full beds plus a pull-out single cover the rest of the group. A pull-out chair in the living room adds one more sleeping spot if needed.
The real draw for this crew is the garage, converted into a full game room with a ping pong table, Connect Four, a ring toss game, and a mounted TV for background noise during tournaments. Out front, balconies and a landscaped walkway frame the entrance before you even get inside.
Spend the day wandering 12 South or the Gulch, grill up a group dinner, then head to the garage for ping pong and games before everyone splits off to their own room to crash.
