Our group truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and as described. The location is perfect, close to everything. The outdoor space was the only thing lacking and did not match the photos. The putting green was something we were looking forward to and it was overgrown with weeds. The dipping pool looked questionable but the hot tub and outdoor seating was great. Overall a great value and would stay again! This home was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It accommodated our group well. The home was very clean, beautiful and peaceful. The home was a 12/10. I would definitely recommend booking for large groups and will book again if available. The host Steve was absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The home was clearly not cleaned before our arrival — we found dog hair throughout, food crumbs in cabinets and on bedsheets, visible mold on the ceiling, and dirty walls and windows. The pool and hot tub were slimy and unusable, and outdoor areas did not match the listing.<br/>Most concerning was the mold, which we believe may have contributed to a guest becoming seriously ill. This is a major health risk that needs urgent attention.<br/>While communication with the host was excellent, the house lacked basic amenities and clear instructions within the home, making it hard to find essentials like towels and blankets.<br/>As hospitality professionals, we were especially disheartened. We enjoyed our time in Nashville, but would likely not stay at this property again unless major improvements are made. Was a beautiful home. Always responded quickly when I had any questions
