The space
Picture the group splitting up for the day, some hitting Broadway, others staying back for a mini golf tournament in the yard, then everyone reconvening on the balcony once the sun drops. 'PLUNGE CITY' is built for that kind of stay, big enough to spread out and stocked with enough to do that nobody has to leave to have fun.
Inside, the open-concept kitchen and living room keep the group together, with a large island, dark hardwood floors, and a dining table with bench seating for a full house to sit down together. A staircase connects the main floor to the bedrooms above, and the white sofa and armchairs give the living room its own hangout spot separate from the party downstairs. Downstairs is where the stay earns its name.
A game room with a pool table, a backyard set up for mini golf, and a private Balboa hot tub with an umbrella and open sky above it give the group three separate ways to unwind. The covered balcony adds a fourth, with a neon 'sip back and relax' sign glowing over a skyline view built for evening drinks.
Spend the afternoon out at the mini golf course, soak in the hot tub as the sky turns pink, then move the party inside for pool table rematches before everyone heads up to bed.
