The space
The energy here starts the moment your group splits up to explore the house: someone claims the pool table, someone else heads for the balcony, and the rest race to see who gets the hot tub first. Plunge City was made for groups who want options, not just square footage.
Downstairs, the open-concept kitchen and living room share one big footprint, with a large island and hardwood floors keeping the cook in the middle of the action instead of stuck behind a wall. A dining table with bench seating handles the group breakfast before everyone scatters for the day.
Out back is where this house earns its name: mini golf, lounge chairs under umbrellas, and a Balboa hot tub bubbling on the deck. A party theme room with disco balls, balloons, and a tinsel backdrop gives the group a built-in spot for photos before a night out.
Upstairs, a covered balcony with a neon sign reading "sip back and relax" on a faux greenery wall looks out over the skyline, where the group regroups after dark. Spend the afternoon downtown or at Riverfront Park, come back for a mini golf round and a soak in the hot tub as the sun drops, then wind the night down with pool table games and drinks on the balcony overlooking the city.
