The space
Twelve people and one kitchen island keep this group together instead of splitting off to separate corners of the house. A wet bar with a wine fridge and TV gives you a second hangout, so the cook is never stuck alone while everyone else watches the game or deals a round of cards. Every bedroom here has its own personality.
Three king rooms anchor the sleeping quarters, two of them en suite, one dressed in teal walls with a chaise lounge, another moodier with black walls and a peach canopy over the bed. The real signature is upstairs. GULCH GLOW's private balcony glows under string lights and a neon sign reading "Babe you look so cool," opening onto skyline views that work for morning coffee or a sunset toast before the group heads out.
