The space
Twelve people, one house, and a layout built so nobody has to disappear into a bedroom to find quiet. The kitchen island anchors group breakfasts, while a separate workspace lounge gives a couple of guests somewhere to post up with a laptop or just get out of the main traffic flow.
The open kitchen seats the group at the island, a dining table handles sit-down meals, and a kitchenette with a wine fridge and TV works as a second hangout for pre-game drinks away from the main room. The living room's orange sofa and armchairs give everyone one more spot to land.
Upstairs, the signature balcony strings lights under a neon sign reading "Babe you look so cool" and opens onto skyline views that work day or night. Every bedroom has its own personality too, from a teal-walled king room with a chaise lounge to a black-walled room with a peach canopy bed, down to the playful blue en-suite built for kids or the last few in your group.
Picture coffee on the balcony in the morning, an afternoon out toward Broadway, sunset back on that same balcony as the skyline lights up, and a night that winds down at the kitchenette before everyone splits off to their own room.
