The space
This five-level home is built for bachelorette weekends, reunions, and friend groups who want room to spread out without losing each other. A bookshelf doubles as a room divider in the open living area, and the kitchen island opens straight into the group hangout space so the cook never misses the conversation.
The top floor is where this place earns its name: a wet bar, a hot tub with city views, a spiral staircase, and a gas grill, all built for sunset drinks before the group heads out for the night. Downstairs, the game room carries a "Dolly's Big House" neon sign against a pink flower wall, with a ring light and selfie station turning photo-op backdrops into the group shot everyone takes home.
