The space
Every corner of The King leans into its Elvis-inspired identity, from the mural and portrait in the living room to neon signs reading "Thank You Very Much" and "Love Me Tender." It's a stay built for groups who want the house itself to be part of the celebration. Four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms mean this sleeps 12 without anyone waiting on a shared bath.
The kitchen opens straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking still gets to be part of the conversation and the group never splits up between meals. The standout is the pairing of a dedicated music room, with a piano, a blue acoustic guitar, and wall art reading "Don't you step on my blue suede shoes," and a game room with a ping pong table, a bar, and a disco ball overhead.
A second art installation of hanging dried roses adds another photo-worthy stop as you move through the house. Spend the day at Centennial Park and The Parthenon, cook together in the open kitchen that evening, then move into the game room for ping pong and karaoke under the disco ball before everyone heads to their own room to recharge.
