The space
This is a house built around one thing: getting everyone in the same room without anyone standing around waiting. The open living area runs straight into the happy hour bar and kitchen island, so drinks, dinner, and the group conversation all happen in one shared space instead of splitting across rooms.
The kitchen opens onto a sectional-filled living room with a mounted 4K TV and an electric fireplace, so game day or a group movie night never feels cramped. A glass-top dining area sits under a neon "Happy Hour" sign with pink chairs, keeping the party energy going from the first round to the last.
Each bedroom has its own personality: a queen room with a black-and-white striped accent wall and neon sign, a king suite with patterned wallpaper and a pink ceiling, and the Bunk Room with cassette tape wallpaper and microphone-themed bathroom decor that leans into the Music City spirit.
A private balcony off one bedroom looks out over a wooden railing, and a theme room with a disco ball and party decorations rounds out the celebration vibe. Spend the day exploring downtown and the Gulch, come back for cocktails at the in-house bar as the neon signs switch on, then wind down in front of the 4K TV before splitting off to your own room for the night.
