The space
This is a house built for groups who want the party built in, not bolted on. Every common space leans into the theme, from the pink chandelier kitchen to the neon happy hour sign over the bar top, so the celebration starts before anyone leaves the house.
The open-concept kitchen and living room keep the group together, with a large island and bar stools for the cook, a sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and mounted TV for everyone else. A dedicated happy hour bar with pink dining chairs and neon signage gives the group its own spot for the first round before heading out.
