Perfect place to stay and enjoy the city. It’s located in a great area and close to all popular destinations. We had a wonderful time and everything was as described. Perfect place for a group of 10-12. The host was responsive and accommodating. Niamh

We enjoyed the overall experience, the house was big with a lot of space. It was a quick uber drive to Broadway. <br/>The downfall was the cleanliness of the house. The house was not cleaned properly which was extremely disappointing and frustrating after 20 hours of travelling! The bathrooms were not cleaned properly and the bedrooms had items left from previous guests in very visible places which showed the property had not been cleaned properly, if at all! The beds were made but other than that, the property did not look like it had been cleaned! There was dust and cobwebs throughout the property!<br/>The host was responsive to these issues and had a cleaner come the next morning for less than an hour to clean the whole property! <br/>We did get 30% off our first night as a result. <br/>The host also did extend our check out by 2 hours which we did very much appreciate. <br/>Overall, the property itself is very nice but the cleaning standard needs to improve drastically for the money you are paying! Such a great stay for my Bachelorette! The location was perfect, check-in was easy, and Steve was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated being able to check in early as there was no reservation the night before. The home had plenty of space for our group and worked out perfectly. Would definitely stay again!
