Disappointing!! In order to receive check-in instructions I had to complete an identity verification process outside of Airbnb. The process required that I pay an $89 non refundable fee for incidentals or allow a temporary $3000 hold on my credit card for up to 7 days following check out. This raised concern since Airbnb has a clear disclosure that reads all fees are presented up front and will be the total cost of the rental. I was ready to check in and get settled so I paid the $89 non refundable fee unlocking access to the check in instructions. When I entered the smell was horrible it smelled like mothballs or an old house. It was freezing inside. One of the blinds in the main living space was broken, bunk bed trundle mattress cover had hair on it, mis-match bedding in one of the other rooms. Oven was filthy, mold in the fridge, dust on light fixtures. Steve apologized but nothing to resolve my complaint. Airbnb helped me cancel my reservation and I booked a much nicer, clean home. The stay was just as advertised and very clean. Easy to get into and straightforward checkout. Steve was very responsive to my questions and helpful every time! Beautiful place, we were 8 girls and found it very roomy! We could even all sit on the couch at the same time to talk about our night 😂! <br/>Placement was clean and we loved that every room had its own bathroom! <br/>Would stay again and highly recommend!<br/>Steve let us check in early and offered us a great deal to extend to one more night so we could stay until our flight time. <br/>Thanks for being a great host! The perfect spot for a bachelorette trip! :) Steve was very responsive and the house had everything we needed! Would definitely return here on our next trip back to Nashville!
