The space
Gulch Hub is built around one idea: happy hour never has to end. The living room's dedicated bar glows under a "Happy Hour" neon sign, and the oversized 4K TV turns the pregame into the main event. Twelve beds across four bedrooms mean every guest gets a real bed, not a couch cushion, and three full bathrooms keep mornings moving for a group this size.
The kitchen's black accent wall and pink chandelier decals set the tone for a house that leans into pink and neon style, and the glass-top dining table with its own happy hour sign keeps the party going past the bar. A private balcony gives you somewhere to step outside for air between rounds.
