The space
Two full homes side by side mean two kitchens, two living rooms, and nobody splitting one house down the middle. Everyone gets a real bed and real privacy, while the group still stays just steps apart all weekend.
The Eras-Inspired Home holds four bedrooms, including a king room with cloud wallpaper, a chandelier, and balcony access, plus a dining room anchored by a neon 'FEARLESS' sign and a kitchen with dark cabinetry and a tiled backsplash.
A bonus living room with fold-out chairs covers extra sleepers, and a built-in makeup bar with Hollywood-style lighting and a full-length mirror makes for an easy getting-ready spot before a night out.
The Eras-Themed Home mirrors it with four more bedrooms, a living room wrapped in Karma-themed wallpaper with golden heart sculptures, and stacked-bed rooms done up with themed wallpaper and a projector for movie nights in. Its kitchen brings pink bar stools and gold pendant lighting into the mix, and the Green Room Bonus area adds ping pong, a bar, and lounge seating for the group to gather in after dark.
Spend the day wandering Germantown or riding into downtown Nashville, grill out as the sun drops, then take the group up to the rooftops for hot tub soaks and skyline views under string lights before everyone settles into their own home for the night.
