The Double Eras splits a big group into a pair of complete homes instead of squeezing everyone into one house, so a bachelorette party and the in-laws can each claim their own turf and still meet up after dark. Each home runs its own show: a king bedroom with balcony access, a queen room, a room stacked with six double beds, and a fourth bedroom with three more doubles plus a sofa bed, all wrapped around an open living, dining, and kitchen area with neon signs and a Green Room bonus space for ping pong and drinks at the bar. Up top, each home has its own private rooftop deck with a hot tub and downtown views, and each has its own top-floor movie theater for a rainy afternoon or a wind-down after Broadway. Before a night out, the built-in makeup bar and Getting Ready area with full-length mirrors and Hollywood-style lighting turns pre-game photos into part of the trip. Spend the day downtown, come back for sunset drinks on the rooftop, run a ping pong tournament in the Green Room, then split off to two separate homes to actually sleep.
