The space
Two front doors, two full kitchens, two rooftops: this is a weekend built for a group that doesn't want to split up but also doesn't want to be stacked on top of each other. Nobody's on an air mattress here, and nobody's waiting in line for the one bathroom.
Home 1 and Home 2 mirror each other room for room: a king bedroom, a queen room with its own built-in makeup bar and Hollywood-style lighting for getting ready, a room sleeping six, and a double-bed room with a sofa bed, plus a living room with fold-out seating. With identical layouts in both homes, a friend group or bridal party can split evenly and still gather together every night.
Each home carries its own themed identity and its own Green Room Bonus, a lounge with ping pong, a bar, and plush seating for a second hangout spot once the rooftop crowd thins out.
One home is dressed in Taylor-era details like cloud wallpaper and a chandelier over the king bed, while the other leans into its Taylor Swift inspired look with a Karma-themed living room wall and a neon "FEARLESS" sign over the dining table, plus a top-floor movie theater with a projector for group movie nights.
Spend the day downtown, grill out before sunset, then head up to either rooftop as the skyline turns gold and the hot tubs fill up, before everyone splits back to their own home to actually sleep.
