The space
The Yardline spreads your group across three floors just north of downtown, close to Germantown's restaurants and Sounds Stadium without the downtown price tag or crowds. The main level centers on an open kitchen with an island, bar stools, and a dishwasher that flows straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking stays part of the conversation.
A dining table seats the group for meals, and a private garage keeps parking simple for a house this size. Downstairs, the game room is the house's signature space: a green turf accent wall, a glowing "NASHVILLE" neon sign, ping pong, foosball, and a TV set the scene for pre-game nights or a wind-down after Broadway.
Outside, the covered balcony with sectional seating and bean bag chairs looks out over the skyline, a separate 3rd-floor deck gives the group another spot for evening drinks, and the backyard and patio add a grill, lounge chairs, and string lights for evenings outdoors.
