The space
Every floor of The Yardline earns its keep. The main level opens the kitchen straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking is still part of the conversation, while the game room gives the group somewhere to compete after dinner. The kitchen island seats a crowd at the bar stools, and the dining table carries the meal outside to the patio when the weather calls for it.
Three balconies stack up across the second and third floors, each one a different vantage point over the skyline, with a covered second-floor spot built for sectional-sofa lounging and a 3rd-floor deck set up for sunset drinks. Out back, a private backyard with a fire pit, lounge chairs, and string lights gives the group a low-key corner to wind down away from the main action.
Picture the day starting with coffee on the top balcony, an afternoon on the patio around the grill, a ping pong tournament in the game room once the sun goes down, and everyone drifting out to the fire pit and string lights before calling it a night.
