The space
Guitar wallpaper, orange curtains, and a blue rug give the living room its own personality before you even get to the amenities. It's the kind of space that photographs well and still feels like somewhere you'd actually hang out. Three bedrooms and five beds sleep up to 10, with the open kitchen, dining area, and living room flowing together so nobody cooking gets stuck away from the group.
A built-in getting-ready area with a makeup bar means the group can do hair and makeup together before heading out, instead of fighting over one bathroom mirror. The kitchen island with bar stools and teal backsplash makes it easy for a few people to help at once while everyone else claims the dining bench or the grey sofa.
Outside, a private hot tub and gas grill patio give the group a second gathering spot once the sun goes down.
