The space
Sip & Dip is built around one big idea: soak in a rooftop hot tub under the Nashville skyline, then come down to a home designed to keep a big group comfortable together. The main floor centers on an open kitchen with a stove, oven, and full-size fridge, flowing into a living room with two sofas so cooking and hanging out happen in the same space.
Upstairs and up top, four bedrooms and a rooftop deck give everyone a place to land, whether that's a quiet bedroom or a lounge chair under the string lights. Bold wallpaper accent walls, hallway artwork, and a neon sign add personality to nearly every room, and a built-in makeup and getting-ready area makes the pre-night-out routine easy for a full group.
Spend the day out in Nashville, grill on the rooftop as the sun drops, soak in the hot tub with the city lit up around you, then wind down in bedrooms with their own TVs.
