The space
After a day out in Germantown or downtown, the group comes back to soak in the hot tub while someone works the gas grill and everyone else claims a spot in the living room. The kitchen island with bar seating keeps the cook in the middle of the action instead of stuck behind a wall, and the open living room with its big TV and sofa gives the whole group one place to land at the end of the night.
Decor here has personality: neon signage and bold accent wallpaper run through the hallways, patterned tile shows up in the full bath, and each bedroom gets its own look, from a velvet bed frame to gallery-style art.
