The space
Picture the whole crew gathered around the kitchen island while someone pours the first round, the sofa already claimed before dinner's even on the table. Sip & Dip is built for groups who want room to spread out and still end up in the same room by nightfall.
The kitchen opens straight into the living room, so the cook never gets left out of the conversation, and a mix of armchairs, an ottoman, and a sofa gives everyone a seat under the chandelier. A built-in getting-ready area makes it easy for the group to beautify before a night out, and a separate workspace with a desk and lamp means someone can catch up on emails without leaving the group.
At night, the hot tub is where the stay actually happens. Spend the day exploring Germantown and East Nashville, grill out back, then soak under the skyline before everyone splits off to their own queen beds to recharge. A stacked twin-over-queen room and a pull-out sofa in the living room add flexible sleeping options for kids or a late arrival.
