The space
Howdy Malibu built its decor around one idea: give every guest a backdrop worth stopping for. Era-inspired photo corners turn up around the house, from a Hollywood-lit makeup bar to the Karaoke Lounge's character walls, so the group walks away with as many photos as memories.
The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area keeps everyone together while the cook stays in on the conversation, and four bedrooms give the group real space to spread out without anyone on a couch.
Grill out on the rooftop deck as the sun drops behind the skyline, slide into the hot tub for the view, then head down to the Karaoke Lounge for pool, arcade games, and karaoke before winding the night down in the top-floor movie theater.
