The space
Howdy Malibu is built for a crew that wants downtown Nashville minutes away without giving up room to spread out. Four bedrooms and 11 beds keep everyone under one roof, with a rooftop deck as the reset button after a day out. The main floor opens straight from kitchen to living to dining, so whoever's cooking never gets cut off from the group.
Down in the Green Room, a pool table, arcade game, bar seating, and karaoke keep the night going long after dinner's cleared, with its own photo-op area and luxury lounge seating for whoever wants to sit one out. Up top is the real signature move: a rooftop hot tub with skyline views, string lights, and outdoor lounge seating, built for sunset drinks and late-night soaks.
