The space
Bachelorette weekends, family reunions, and friend trips all land well here. The Sweet Spot is built for a crew that wants to cook together, hang out together, and still have somewhere to close the door at night. The main floor centers on an open-concept living and kitchen area, with a sectional sofa facing the TV and a kitchen island that keeps the cook in the conversation.
The kitchen itself is stocked for a real group breakfast, with a gas stove, stainless appliances, and a fridge that can handle a week of groceries for 12. Down in the garage, the Ping Pong Lounge takes center stage with its own TV, doubling as a photo-op backdrop once the games get competitive.
Spend the morning over coffee in the open kitchen, head out for a day around Nashville, then come home to a ping pong rematch in the Lounge before everyone splits off to their own rooms to recharge.
