The space
Picture two full groups splitting off into their own kitchens and bedrooms during the day, then climbing up to one rooftop together as the East Nashville skyline turns pink. No shared walls, no waiting on the bathroom, just two whole homes and one gathering spot when everyone wants the full crew back together.
Home 1 keeps things classic with a king bedroom, hardwood floors, and rooms of stacked beds under abstract wall art. Its open kitchen spills into the living room, where an island with bar seating keeps the cook part of the conversation.
Home 2 leans harder into the city's spirit, with a cowboy hat wall decal, guitar art, and neon Nashville signs glowing above its bedrooms, plus a HOWDY-themed curtain in one of its baths. Grab a spot at the outdoor bar seating, sink into the egg chair under the outdoor lounge string of hedge wall greenery, or fire up the rooftop grill while the neon sign overhead reads "Nashville has my heart."
Outside, the building's exterior LOVE mural makes an easy photo-op backdrop before you head in for the night, and the garage doubles as a game room once the cars are parked, ping pong table and all. Spend the day out near Nissan Stadium and the East Nashville scene, grill on the rooftop as the sun drops, trade a few ping pong volleys in the garage, then split back to two separate homes to actually sleep.
